1. Products & Apparel Information
ZENKAI designs and produces technical automotive apparel, streetwear, and artistic wall studies. While we strive to display our garments, measurements, and color palettes as accurately as possible:
- Color rendering may vary slightly based on screen calibration and display settings.
- Sizing guides and measurements represent standard garment tolerances (±0.5–1 inch).
- Limited releases and inventory are subject to availability without prior notice.
2. Currency & Payment Processing
All listed prices are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly noted otherwise.
Payments are securely routed via Cashfree Payments India. By initiating checkout, you authorize our payment processor to debit your chosen instrument for the verified order total.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship to serviceable postal codes across India through verified surface and air courier networks:
- Order Processing: Apparel and print orders are processed and queued for manufacturing/dispatch within 2 to 4 business days.
- Transit Time: Metro deliveries typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days from dispatch; regional and remote locations may require 7 to 10 business days.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be transmitted to your registered email and mobile number once handed over to the courier partner.
4. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations
Because items are curated and produced with meticulous care:
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, print blemish, or incorrect size, report it within 48 hours of delivery to support@zenkaistudio.in with clear photographs. We will issue an expedited replacement at no extra cost.
- Size Exchanges: Please review size tables carefully prior to checkout. Exchanges for size changes are subject to courier reverse-pickup availability and handling charges.
- Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement before production commences by emailing our support team with your Order ID.
5. Intellectual Property & Brand Tributes
All typographic layouts, original automotive illustrations, garment graphics, website code, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of ZENKAI Studio.
DISCLAIMER: ZENKAI designs are independent artistic tributes created by automotive enthusiasts. Vehicle names, chassis codes, and historical references are used strictly for cultural homage and descriptive context. ZENKAI is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
